Food and Beverage Supervisor

The Mandolay Hotel, AA 4 Sliver Stars, 1 AA Rosette Restaurant, 78 bedrooms, 8 state of the art conference and banqueting for up to 450 guests,

You will need to be highly motivated and confident enough in your own abilities to work in an environment where exceeding the expectations of our customers is the minimum requirement.

The Food and Beverage Supervisor role:

Your area will need to be run effectively at all times ensuring attention to detail and exceptional customer service with subtle selling techniques.

All staff within the team will need to be kept up to date with the functions/business of the day, menus, and have comprehensive product knowledge to department standards – this will be your responsibility, as will driving and motivating the members of your team.

The Food and Beverage Supervisor role involves working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, and will be contracted to a Full time contract, 45 hours per week.

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will:

  • Need a good command of English.
  • Have experience in a similar customer service role with supervisory skills.
  • Need to have excellent attention to detail and be ‘standards’ driven. You will be extremely well presented.
